This policy explains how Pixel Finish Post Production Limited ("Pixel Finish", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit pixelfinishpost.com, and how we use cookies. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect
- Enquiries. If you email us, we process the contact details and information you provide in order to respond and, where relevant, to provide our services.
- Usage data. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify you or track you across sites.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking — so there is no cookie consent banner. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary ones, which are exempt from consent:
- Cloudflare (e.g. __cf_bm): set by our content and security provider to keep the site and the showreel video secure and working. These are essential, short-lived, and hold no profile of you.
Our analytics provider, Cloudflare Web Analytics, is cookieless and privacy-first: it measures aggregate page views without storing anything on your device or identifying visitors. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interests (and steps to enter a contract) to respond to enquiries, keep the site secure, and understand site usage at an aggregate, non-identifying level.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site — currently Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, video and cookieless analytics) and Behold (which delivers our Instagram feed). We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, then delete it. Analytics data is retained per the periods above.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these, email bookings@pixelfinishpost.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
